Mike Leman

President

Mike has 12 years of experience in the RV painting market. Mike serves as production manager, and OEM Accounts Sales Executive. He works closely with manufacturers and suppliers making sure Carrera uses the latest in Paint technology, and that the OEM RV paint specs are consistently exceeded. Rusty Rea

Vice President of Production

Rusty oversees the entire production process from Prep through Detail, and manages two production facilities.

He is responsible for coordinating and implementing standard operating procedures for all production operations; developing and building the production management structure; and he serves as a liaison between our manufacturers and our production teams.

Rusty hold a B.A. from Bethel College and has been in the RV production and paint industry since 2002.

Pam Hays

Vice President of Operations

Pam oversees administrative functions; including all accounting, warranty, and safety procedures within the Carrera facilities.

She maintains written OSHA programs, establishing and implementing required safety training programs. In addition she maintains the warranty program, administering warranty claim processing and documentation for the company.

Pam has over 20 years of experience in the paint industry.
