Steve is an innovator. He pulled together a multi-media launch and training package that brought our field sales team from novice to expert. We launched against Cordis, a larger, well funded organization, and due to our preparation, beat them soundly. Without his leadership focusing the organization, we would have been consigned to the second tier due to lack of a champion. He builds consensus through people, allows them to think and innovate and finally, he leads through example and an uncanny understanding of group dynamics and marketing.
