Steve was hired to help launch the Novoste Beta-Cath System into the US Market. Because of Steve's extensive medical device background, he was able to quickly assess the key benefits that differentiated the Novoste product from the competition that helped develop the solid product positioning messaging.
The launch was one of the most successful launches within the medical device industry. Steve's contributions to this launch were significant. Steve prepared a Marketing launch plan, Sales Team training materials, Presentations detailing Clinical effectiveness and benefits and a virtual reality program that demonstrated a vascular brachytherapy procedure within a Cardiac Cathlab.
