This Bafang “Fatbike” Mid Drive consists of a modified Bafang BBS-02 drive with an extended axle to accommodate the installation on a bike with a 100mm bottom bracket. The modification of the Bafang drive to use the extended axle is completed by California Ebike and shipped as a sealed and whole unit in a kit.

Installs on most bikes with a 100mm bottom bracket BBS-02 750 watt drive is used

Battery sold separately

The kit includes the same list of parts as the standard Bafang BBS-02 conversion kit we sell. This allows the installation of the modified BBS-02 drive to be installed and bolted on similar to a standard unit.
